We Do Not Create Miracles, We Notice Them
“There are two ways to live: you can live as if nothing is a miracle; you can live as if everything is a miracle.”
– Albert Einstein
We do not create miracles, we notice them.
Miracles are always present, but we don’t always see them because we get lost in our thinking – in memories and imagination.
But it only takes one moment, the moment we slow down, to notice the miracle of all that surrounds us.
Dancing forms. Colors. Movement. Sensations. Sounds. Existence. Awareness. Aliveness.
These are the ordinary miracles of every-day life. They are so “ordinary” that we all tend to overlook them completely.
But just a simple shift in perception allows us to NOTICE the miracles that not only surround us, but ARE our true nature.
When we are willing to set aside our accumulated knowledge (what we think we know), we naturally fall into a profound wonder and awe, and the simple joy and miracle of being alive blossoms within us.
With all my love,
Joshua
